Quick & Easy Miso Soy Hoisin Salmon

Miso Soy Hoisin Salmon

Very simple, straight-forward dish inspired by my love for basically any & all Japanese marinade flavors. Total hands-on time with the dish is less than 20 minutes.

  • Salmon, fresh & wild caught is best
  • 2 tbsp., soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp., miso paste
  • 1 tbsp, rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp, hoisin
  • 1/4 cup, brown sugar
  • garlic, minced
  • green onion, chopped

  • Marinate salmon in all ingredients, cover & refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Broil on hi for 10 minutes; careful not to overcook. Salmon should be glazed to a near-crust.
  • Yum!
