Miso Soy Hoisin Salmon
Very simple, straight-forward dish inspired by my love for basically any & all Japanese marinade flavors. Total hands-on time with the dish is less than 20 minutes.
- Salmon, fresh & wild caught is best
- 2 tbsp., soy sauce
- 2 tbsp., miso paste
- 1 tbsp, rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp, hoisin
- 1/4 cup, brown sugar
- garlic, minced
- green onion, chopped
- Marinate salmon in all ingredients, cover & refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Broil on hi for 10 minutes; careful not to overcook. Salmon should be glazed to a near-crust.
