Simple, elegant recipe for a Sunday night. We were deciding between lasagna and. . .well, lasagna, and ended up getting the manicotti/cannelloni, stuffing it with a ground turkey/ricotta mixture (with tons of herbs!) and baking it with a homemade tomato sauce (thank you San Marzano) loaded with Magnolia Gardens herbature, and topping it with a gratuitous amount of parmesan. Awesome, awesome, delicious.
